Esson Landmarks And Ventures in Pune seeks an experienced ERP Coordinator with hands-on experience in Farvision ERP software to manage and coordinate ERP operations across departments of the real estate and construction business.

The candidate will maintain accurate ERP data, coordinate with Accounts, Purchase, Stores, Projects, Sales, CRM and Site Teams, generate MIS reports, monitor transactions and ensure smooth implementation and usage of the Farvision ERP system.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ERP Coordinator with hands‑on experience in Farvision ERP Software to manage and coordinate ERP operations across various departments of the real estate and construction business.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate ERP data, coordinating with Accounts, Purchase, Stores, Projects, Sales, CRM and Site Teams, generating MIS reports, monitoring transactions and ensuring smooth implementation and usage of the Farvision ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

Farvision ERP Operations

• Hands‑on working experience in Farvision ERP is mandatory.
• Manage day‑to‑day transactions and activities in Farvision ERP.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and transaction processing.
• Maintain and update master data related to projects, vendors, customers, inventory and other business operations.
• Monitor ERP transactions and identify errors, discrepancies or missing information.
• Ensure proper flow of data between different departments through the ERP system.

Purchase & Procurement

• Handle and monitor ERP entries related to Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Work Orders and Material Receipts.
• Coordinate with the Purchase Department for timely updating of purchase transactions.
• Verify purchase‑related data entered into Farvision.
• Generate purchase and vendor‑related reports.

Stores & Inventory

• Coordinate with Store/Site teams for updating inventory transactions in Farvision.
• Monitor Material Receipt, Issue, Transfer, Consumption and Stock entries.
• Assist in periodic stock reconciliation between physical inventory and ERP records.
• Prepare inventory and material‑related MIS reports.

Project & Site Coordination

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers and Site Teams for ERP‑related activities.
• Ensure timely updating of project expenses, materials, work orders and other project transactions.
• Monitor project‑wise data and assist management in obtaining accurate project reports.
• Follow up with site teams for pending or incorrect ERP entries.

Accounts Coordination

• Coordinate with the Accounts team for ERP‑related transactions.
• Assist in checking vendor bills, expenses, payments and project‑related financial entries.
• Identify discrepancies between supporting documents and ERP data.
• Assist in project‑wise cost and expense reporting.

Sales & CRM

• Coordinate with Sales and CRM teams for updating customer and booking information.
• Maintain accurate customer, unit and booking‑related data in Farvision.
• Assist with reports related to sales, bookings, receivables and customer transactions.

MIS & Reporting

• Generate daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports from Farvision.
• Provide accurate reports and data to management as required.

ERP Support & User Coordination

• Provide day‑to‑day support to ERP users.
• Guide employees on correct Farvision transaction processes.
• Identify and resolve basic ERP‑related issues.
• Coordinate with the Farvision support/vendor team for technical issues.
• Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in training new employees on Farvision processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in B.Com / BBA / BCA / MBA / IT or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant ERP experience, preferably in the Real Estate or Construction industry.
• Mandatory: Hands‑on experience working on Farvision ERP Software.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and data analysis.
• Good understanding of real estate and construction business processes.
• Good knowledge of Purchase, Stores, Inventory, Accounts and Project‑related ERP processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work with multiple departments and project/site teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The candidate should have practical, hands‑on experience in Farvision ERP, preferably gained while working with a real estate developer or construction company.

Candidates who have independently handled ERP transactions, master data, purchase, inventory, project/site coordination, MIS reporting and user support in Farvision will be preferred.
