Job summary

• 6–7 years of relevant experience in accounts.
• Mandatory experience in a Real Estate Developer / Builder Company.
• Farvision software experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent knowledge of Balance Sheet, P&L, Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Ability to manage accounting operations independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
• Handle general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and review Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and other financial reports.
• Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance.
• Monitor project-wise expenses, payments, and financial transactions.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records.
• Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, consultants, and management.
• Ensure accurate and timely entries in Farvision ERP.

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Accounts Managers with strong experience in real estate developer/builder companies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and real estate accounting processes, along with strong proficiency in Farvision ERP.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
• Handle general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and review Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and other financial reports.
• Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance.
• Manage bank reconciliation, vendor/customer ledgers, and outstanding balances.
• Ensure timely filing of GST/TDS returns and other statutory requirements.
• Handle accounting and financial transactions related to real estate projects.
• Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, consultants, and management.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records.
• Monitor project-wise expenses, payments, and financial transactions.
• Ensure accurate and timely entries in Farvision ERP.
• Support management with financial analysis and accounting reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6–7 years of relevant experience in Accounts.
