Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience working directly on Ginesys ERP.
• Master data uploads (item, SKU, price, vendor, store) and user/role management.
• Experience in retail operations including merchandising, inventory, and POS.
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Ginesys ERP, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across modules.
• Upload and manage masters — item, style, SKU, price, vendor, customer, store, and other relevant masters.
• Create, manage, and deactivate user accounts; assign and update roles, permissions, and access rights.
• Monitor data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in master data and transactions.
• Coordinate with business teams to gather requirements for master uploads and system changes.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day user issues and elevate to Ginesys support when required.
• Support month-end/year-end processes, audits, and data extraction as needed.
• Maintain SOPs for master upload and user management processes.
• Assist in training new users on Ginesys workflows.

About the Role

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience running Ginesys in a retail/fashion environment and can independently handle masters, users, and routine troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Ginesys ERP, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across modules.
• Upload and manage masters — item, style, SKU, price, vendor, customer, store, and other relevant masters.
• Create, manage, and deactivate user accounts; assign and update roles, permissions, and access rights.
• Monitor data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in master data and transactions.
• Coordinate with business teams (retail, warehouse, finance) to gather requirements for master uploads and system changes.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day user issues and elevate to Ginesys support when required.
• Support month-end/year-end processes, audits, and data extraction as needed.
• Maintain SOPs for master upload and user management processes.
• Assist in training new users on Ginesys workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working directly on Ginesys ERP (mandatory).
• Strong working knowledge of master uploads (item/SKU, pricing, vendor, store, etc.) and user/role management within Ginesys.
• Good understanding of retail operations (merchandising, inventory, POS).
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) for data preparation and uploads.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
