Job summary

Evalueserve is seeking a Finance Analyst in Thane to build and maintain Excel-based models and perform complex company valuations. You will benchmark peers, prepare industry reports, and support marketing with research presentations.

The candidate will collect data from databases, conduct DCF, DDM and EVA valuations, and prepare quarterly updates. Strong Excel, VBA, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• CA rank holder is mandatory.
• Strong financial analysis and accounting skills.
• Ability to identify and solve issues within deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of microeconomics / macroeconomics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Knowledge of VBA is advantageous.

• Handle ad hoc research requests


• Collect financial data using online and other sources such as Bloomberg and Thomson Reuters


• Coordinate and maintain industry databases wherever relevant


• Conduct extensive company valuations involving approaches such as DCF, DDM, trading and transaction multiples, and EVA


• Prepare company profiles; earning and flash notes; quarterly updates; coverage, sector, and theme based reports; newsletters; technology primers, etc.


• Summarize investment conference calls and conduct management interviews Required
