Job summary

Evalueserve in Gurgaon, India, is seeking an equity research analyst with 2+ years of sell-side experience to build and maintain Excel-based financial models, benchmark peers, and prepare research notes for marketing and roadshows.

You will collect data from industry databases, perform company valuations (DCF, DDM, multiples, EVA), and summarize conference calls, while leveraging MS Excel and VBA. CFA levels are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in equity research sell side.
• CFA Level 1, 2, or 3 (pursuing or complete) advantageous.
• Ability to identify and solve issues effectively and within deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of microeconomics / macroeconomics is must.
• Strong accounting and financial analysis skills.
• Ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Knowledge of VBA will be advantageous.

• Summarize investment conference calls and conduct management interviews.
