Job summary

Randstad is seeking an experienced fundamental equity research analyst in Mumbai to conduct in-depth research on target companies, build robust financial models, and draft comprehensive investment notes to guide decision-making.

You will provide buy/hold/sell recommendations to the Fund Manager, monitor macro developments and regulatory changes, and assist in portfolio risk management. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus sector expertise, are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience covering one or more target sectors: Defense, Capital Goods, Pharma, Cement, or Consumer Goods.
• Hands-on experience as a Fundamental Equity Research Analyst within an AIF, Mutual Fund, PMS, or Buy-side/Sell-side firm.
• CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance.
• Proficient in Excel (financial modeling, valuation) and PowerPoint.

• Education: CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance.
• Technical Skills: Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, valuation) and PowerPoint.
