• Identify and acquire new clients for equity trading and investment services.
• Build a strong network to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Facilitate onboarding, ensuring documentation and KYC compliance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with retail and HNI clients.
• Understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment needs.
• Provide expert equity market advice and timely trade execution.
• Suggest mutual funds, bonds, and derivatives to diversify portfolios.
• Meet revenue targets through broking revenue and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities::

Client Acquisition and Onboarding:

• Identify and acquire new clients for equity trading and investment services.
• Build a strong network to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all documentation and KYC compliance are completed efficiently.

Client Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
• Understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment needs to provide tailored equity market solutions.
• Regularly engage with clients to review their portfolios and suggest adjustments based on market trends.

Equity Market Advisory and Execution:

• Provide clients with expert advice on equity investments, market opportunities and trading strategies.
• Ensure timely execution of buy/sell orders and provide updates on market conditions.
• Suggest additional financial products such as mutual funds, bonds, and derivatives to diversify client portfolios.

Revenue Generation:

• Achieve individual revenue targets through equity broking revenue, Value added schemes and third party product sales.
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for other financial products and services.

Market Awareness and Research:

• Stay updated on equity market trends, macroeconomic developments, and corporate actions.
• Share insights with clients and proactively guide them on portfolio strategies.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure all client transactions adhere to regulatory norms (SEBI, NSE/BSE, etc.).
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and trading activities for audit purposes.
