Qualifications

• Diploma holder with 2+ years of experience in SMT equipment maintenance.
• Experience in line installation and FUJI mounter programming to reduce cycle time.
• Experience in breakdown analysis and repair of SMT equipment.

• SMT Machine maintenance / Troubleshooting / Calibration.
• Machine tossing control and spare part management.
• New product development, CPK, GRR, Machine installation.
• Ensure all stations are producing products that meet quality standards.
• Evaluate and modify material workflow for throughput and productivity.
• Develop and maintain work schedules to support 100% on-time delivery.
• Improve quality levels with line managers and supervisors to aim for zero defects.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and educate personnel.
• Ensure equipment and tools are in good working condition and ready for use.

Responsibilities

• SMT Machine maintenance / Troubleshooting / Calibration.
• Machine Tossing control and spare part management.
• New product development, CPK, GRR, Machine Installation.
• Ensure all stations are producing product that meets the company quality standards.
• Evaluate and modify the manufacturing material workflow for increased throughput and productivity if required.
• With the line Engineers/Managers and supervisors, develop and maintain work schedules that support 100% on-time delivery to main lines.
• Work with the line managers, supervisors and direct employees on a daily basis to improve quality levels (Goal: Zero Defect product).
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel.
• Ensure equipment and tools are in good working condition and available for use when required.

Essential Attributes

• Skill knowledge in line Installation, Alignment and bring up activities.
• Skill in FUJI Mounter programming / Cycle time reduction.
• Skill in Breakdown analysis / Troubleshooting & Repair.

Qualification

• Diploma Holder.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SMT Equipment Maintanance.
