Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a motivated professional to join our Oracle EPM practice. You’ll design and implement Oracle-based EPM solutions, work with advisory, assurance, tax and business services teams, and help clients optimize budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation.

You’ll use OBIEE for data-driven reporting, develop dashboards, and provide training and support to clients. A Bachelor’s degree and at least two years’ experience, plus strong English, are required for

Responsibilities

• Analyze client needs to design and implement Oracle-based enterprise performance management solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to assess budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation requirements.
• Provide training and support to clients for Oracle EPM tools.
• Conduct business process analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
• Develop and manage FP&A processes to help clients achieve performance objectives.
• Utilize OBIEE to enhance data-driven decision-making and reporting.
• Create and maintain performance reports and dashboards tracking KPIs.
• Engage in strategic data analysis to inform client insights.
• Support enterprise integration to align Oracle solutions with client systems.
• Apply analytical thinking to derive actionable insights for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client needs to design and implement Oracle-based enterprise performance management solutions
• Collaborating with clients to assess performance management requirements and develop tailored solutions for budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation
• Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools
• Conducting business process analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and improved operational efficiency
• Developing and managing financial planning and analysis processes to help clients achieve their performance objectives
• Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) to enhance data-driven decision-making and reporting capabilities
• Creating and maintaining performance reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support strategic decision-making
• Engaging in strategic data analysis to inform insights and recommendations for client performance improvement
• Supporting enterprise integration efforts to align Oracle solutions with existing client systems and processes
• Applying analytical thinking to discern patterns and provide actionable insights for client engagements

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
