Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is hiring a Senior Associate in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to design and implement Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting. You will collaborate with clients and global teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services to align performance objectives.

You will coach and manage team members, own project planning and delivery, and apply innovative technology to improve financial planning and analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in related field.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

As an EPM - EDMCS - Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for enterprise performance management solutions using Oracle technologies. You will collaborate with clients to assess their performance management needs, design and implement Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will play a crucial role in helping clients improve their financial planning and analysis processes, enabling them to achieve their performance objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your growing knowledge of business operations to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You will be responsible for coaching and managing team members, enhancing their skills and performance to meet client expectations. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
