As an EPM FCCS - Senior Associate - Consult, you will engage with clients to deliver Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions, focusing on business application consulting. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to support clients in optimizing their performance management processes. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their business operations. Responsibilities

• Analyzing complex business processes to develop and implement Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions
• Collaborating with clients to understand their financial planning and forecasting needs and translating them into actionable strategies
• Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) to enhance data-driven decision-making processes
• Conducting business process analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and improved organizational effectiveness
• Developing and maintaining financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting models to support strategic decision-making
• Implementing performance management software to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational performance
• Performing root cause analysis to address financial discrepancies and improve profitability management
• Creating and managing budgets to align with client financial goals and regulatory guidelines
• Supporting enterprise integration efforts to streamline financial operations and enhance resource allocation
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster professional growth and development

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
