Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking an Associate in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management to design and implement EPM solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation and reporting. You will work with clients and teams to deliver value across geographies within our Technology Consulting practice.

You will learn through hands-on engagement, collaborate with senior advisors, and develop your expertise in Oracle technologies while contributing to client success and firm growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with clients to assess their performance management needs and design Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting
• Implementing enterprise performance management solutions using Oracle technologies to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
• Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools
• Analyzing client needs and developing software solutions to improve financial planning and analysis processes
• Conducting business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance organizational effectiveness
• Developing and maintaining performance reports to track key performance indicators and support decision‑making
• Engaging in strategic data analysis to inform financial forecasting and planning activities
• Participating in resource allocation and cost management initiatives to drive profitability and growth management
• Applying business rules development to enhance enterprise integration and operational performance management

As an Associate in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management, you will specialize in consulting services for enterprise performance management solutions using Oracle technologies. You will collaborate with clients to assess their performance management needs, design and implement Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will help clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
• Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
• Utilizing skills in Planning Budgeting and Forecasting (PBF)
• Engaging in Business Process Analysis and Optimization Models
• Applying knowledge of Financial Forecasting and Profitability Management
