Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Senior Associate in EPM - ARCS to design Oracle-based budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting solutions. You will collaborate with clients to assess needs and deliver targeted Oracle EPM guidance within a dynamic technology consulting environment.

You will build client connections, mentor teammates, and tackle increasingly complex challenges, driving value while navigating ambiguity and enabling growth across teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

As an EPM - ARCS - Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle enterprise performance management solutions, collaborating with clients to assess their needs and design Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
• Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
