Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking an EPM - ARCS - Associate to specialize in Oracle enterprise performance management solutions, designing budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and reporting for diverse client engagements. You will learn within our Technology Consulting practice while delivering value and building your personal brand through practical experience on client projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1 year of experience minimum
• Oral and written proficiency in English
• Oracle EPM knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with clients to assess and address performance management needs using Oracle technologies
• Designing and implementing Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting
• Providing training and support to facilitate integration and utilization of Oracle EPM tools
• Analyzing client needs to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
• Conducting business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and enhance FP&A processes
• Developing and maintaining performance reports to track KPIs and operational performance
• Engaging in strategic data analysis to inform financial advising and planning activities
• Supporting the creation of budgets and financial forecasts to drive profitability management
• Utilizing OBIEE for strategic data analysis and reporting
• Participating in resource allocation and cost management to improve organizational effectiveness

As an EPM - ARCS - Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle enterprise performance management solutions, collaborating with clients to assess their needs and design Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will be part of a dynamic team that helps clients optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
• Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
• Utilizing skills in Account Reconciliation and Financial Planning
• Applying strategic data analysis for performance management
• Engaging in business process analysis and optimization models
