Job summary

Vivanet Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd. seeks a Senior Executive - Quality based in Delhi/NCR. The role covers approval of ITPs and NDT procedures, conducting inspections per codes and Air Liquide standards, and driving quality across projects.

You will maintain audit-ready records, support project references, and lead a culture of quality while coordinating with HOD (Quality & IMS) and site teams in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• ASNT Level II in VT, RT, MPT, LPT; TOFD optional; PAUT preferred.
• CSWIP 3.1 & 3.2 certification required.
• Total 17+ years EPC/ASU experience; 10-15 years at EPC project sites and 10 years in ASU projects.

Work Summary

The Senior Executive - Quality is responsible for:

• Reviewing and approving Inspection & Testing Plans and NDT procedures.
• Conducting inspections in line with approved documents, fabrication codes, and Air Liquide standards.
• Driving operational efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining records to support audits and project references.
• Promoting a strong quality culture across the workforce.

Functional Supervisor: HOD (Quality & IMS)

Peer Positions: Site Organization Team members

Supervised Staff: Site QA/QC Inspectors

Internal: Project Team, Site Organization Team, E&C India HoDs, Site QA/QC Managers, Internal Quality Auditors, HSES-Q-PRM Head, Safety Personnel.

External: Customers, Customer Site Inspection Teams, NDT Agencies, Third-Party Inspectors.

Qualifications Required

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional Certifications: ASNT Level II (VT, RT, MPT, LPT, TOFD optional, PAUT), CSWIP 3.1 & 3.2.
• Overall 17+ years of experience required in EPC/ASU domain.
• 10-15 years at EPC project sites, with minimum 10 years in ASU projects (Cold Box erection, Storage Tank fabrication/erection, Piping fabrication in CS/SS/Aluminum).
• Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English.

Knowledge & Expertise

• ASME codes for piping and related items.
• Welding materials, procedures, and welder qualifications.
• Painting and surface preparation standards.
• Pressure test loop verification and punch list closure.
• EPC project execution in process industries.
• IMS, quality best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Construction quality standards and group HSE rules.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Compliance with company HSE rules.
• Structural, piping, and material inspections.
• Reading and interpreting structural, isometric, GA, and P&ID drawings.
• Inward/raw material inspection and clearance.
• Witnessing welding procedures, welder qualifications, and fit-up inspections.
• Conducting weld visual inspections, reviewing weld summaries, and selecting joints for NDT.
• Witnessing LPT, reviewing RT films, monitoring repairs, and penalties.
• Inspecting grit blasting, painting, and related documentation.
• Reviewing test loop preparation and verifying P&IDs.
• Checking pipe supports against ISO/support drawings.
• Punch list preparation and closure.
• Witnessing hydro/pneumatic tests.
• Reviewing and clearing final documentation.
