United Breweries Ltd. seeks an experienced ETP operations professional to manage a 2000 KLD treatment plant in Telangana. You will oversee UASBR, aerobic systems, sludge handling, and ensure treated effluent quality meets standards.

You will monitor UF/RO systems, MEE/ATFD operations, and chemical dosing, driving process optimization and water reuse. Safety, TPM, and regulatory compliance are key priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Managing end-to-end operations of a 2000 KLD ETP, including UASBR, aerobic treatment, sludge management, and effluent quality
• Monitoring and optimizing UF and RO systems to improve water recovery and efficiency
• Monitoring MEE and ATFD operations, chemical dosing, and scaling prevention
• Analyzing wastewater parameters (COD, BOD, pH, TSS, MLSS) to maintain process efficiency and compliance
• Coordinating preventive maintenance, spare parts procurement, and TPM activities to ensure plant availability
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and environmental consents
• Coordinating with production, utilities, maintenance, vendors and contractors for safe, reliable operations
• Preparing SOPs, training materials, and compliance records

• Managing end-to-end operations of a 2000 KLD Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), including UASBR, aerobic treatment, sludge management, and treated effluent quality.
• Monitoring and optimizing UF and RO systems to improve water recovery, treatment efficiency, and water reuse.
• Monitoring MEE and ATFD operations, chemical dosing, and scaling prevention to ensure reliable plant performance.
• Analyzing wastewater parameters such as COD, BOD, pH, TSS, MLSS etc to maintain process efficiency and compliance.
• Optimizing chemical consumption through jar tests, dosing adjustments, and continuous process improvements.
• Ensuring compliance with Telangana State Pollution Control Board (TSPCB) requirements, environmental consents, and applicable statutory regulations.
• Managing hazardous waste documentation, manifests, disposal records, and regulatory returns in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Monitoring water consumption, wastewater generation, treated water reuse, and resource conservation initiatives.
• Troubleshooting process deviations, equipment failures, membrane-related issues, and other operational challenges.
• Coordinating preventive maintenance, breakdown rectification, and procurement of critical spares and chemicals to ensure plant availability.
• Implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices, including planned maintenance, equipment inspections, and elimination of recurring losses.
• Supporting TPM activities through abnormality identification, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with workplace safety requirements, including safe work practices, PPE compliance, chemical handling, and housekeeping.
• Coordinating risk assessments, permit-to-work systems, and toolbox talks for routine and non-routine maintenance activities, as applicable.
• Identifying unsafe conditions and unsafe acts, reporting near misses, and implementing corrective actions to prevent incidents.
• Preparing SOPs, One Point Lessons (OPLs), operational reports, compliance records, and environmental and safety training materials.
• Coordinating with production, utilities, maintenance, vendors, and contractors to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations.
