Kukdo Chemical India is seeking an experienced EHS professional to oversee environment-related activities across the plant, ensure EMS and regulatory compliance, and monitor key systems such as ETP, aeration, UF and RO.

You will maintain records, coordinate with GPCB/CPCB and other authorities, support EC permissions, drive continuous improvement under ISO 14001:2015, conduct training, and prepare management MIS reports.

Responsabilidades

• Overall management and supervision of Environment-related activities across the plant.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental Management System (EMS) requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable GPCB/CPCB environmental regulations and statutory requirements.
• Monitor and control the operation of ETP, Aeration, UF & RO systems to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Review ETP operational data, logbooks, chemical consumption, treatment efficiency and treated effluent quality.
• Ensure compliance with Consent to Establish (CTE) / Consent to Operate (CTO) conditions.
• Monitor environmental parameters related to effluent, air emissions, hazardous waste, water consumption and waste disposal.
• Coordinate environmental monitoring and testing through approved laboratories/agencies.
• Maintain environmental records, statutory registers, returns and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with GPCB and other government/statutory authorities for environmental compliance matters.
• Support compliance related to Environmental Clearance (EC) and other applicable environmental permissions.
• Conduct regular plant inspections and identify environmental non-compliances and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure timely closure of observations arising from internal, external and statutory audits.
• Support implementation and continual improvement of ISO 14001:2015 / EMS requirements.
• Conduct environmental awareness and compliance training for employees and contractors.
• Prepare environmental MIS reports and compliance updates for management.
