Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in EHS coordination or related roles.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in environmental science, occupational health and safety, engineering, facility management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of EHS management systems and standards and ability to prepare and maintain detailed safety and compliance documentation.
  • Experience with chemical lab and inventory management, including safe storage, labeling, segregation, disposal, and procurement processes.
  • Experience managing facility assets, AMC/CMC renewals, and maintaining accurate asset records.
  • Plus: Prior experience specifically in both EHS coordination and facility management.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the EHS Coordinator to ensure full compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  • Proactively identify workplace hazards, implement corrective and preventive actions, and complete all required EHS documentation and audit submissions accurately and on time.
  • Oversee safe chemical storage, labeling, segregation, and disposal in line with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Coordinate with approved waste disposal vendors and manage lab inventory records and end‑to‑end procurement of chemicals, consumables, and laboratory supplies.
  • Manage timely renewals of AMCs/CMCs for critical infrastructure and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all facility assets and scientific instruments, and track asset movement, usage, and location in alignment with internal asset management protocols.
  • Perform additional facilities management responsibilities, including inventory management and overall facility asset management.
