Indiabulls is seeking an experienced EHS Officer/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager for Gurgaon 104 Project to oversee environmental, health and safety compliance on the site. The role requires coordinating multiple contractors and maintaining a safe working environment on a high-rise project.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with a background in EHS regulations and proven site safety management capabilities across large teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science (B.Sc.) or Diploma in Engineering from a recognized Board/University.
• One-year Safety Diploma or correspondence safety course from NICMAR, Annamalai University, or equivalent recognized bodies.
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification/diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce EHS policies and site-specific safety procedures.
• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure safety compliance.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments regularly.
• Ensure adherence to local and national EHS laws and standards.
• Prepare, maintain, and present safety documentation and reports.
• Lead safety training and awareness programs for site personnel.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of EHS legislation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple contractors effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
