Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Energy/Electrical or a relevant discipline.
• 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in environmental management or FM/industrial settings.
• Knowledge of STP/ETP, waste management, pollution control, and sustainability.
• Good communication, coordination, documentation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental laws and statutory requirements.
• Manage environmental aspects related to STP, ETP, waste, water, and pollution control.
• Maintain environmental records, permits, and documentation.
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and authorities for compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure proper segregation, storage, handling, and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
• Monitor water, wastewater, air quality, and other parameters.
• Support environmental audits and compliance assessments.
• Prepare MIS reports and maintain environmental documentation.
• Drive sustainability initiatives at the facility.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Knowledge of STP/ETP, waste management, environmental compliance, pollution control, and sustainability.
• Good communication, coordination, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Candidates with experience in handling environmental audits and statutory compliance will be preferred.
