Job summary

Sodexo in Hinjewadi, Pune is seeking an Energy Engineer with 2–6 years of environmental management experience. You will monitor compliance with environmental laws, manage STP/ETP, waste and water management, and coordinate with HSE teams.

You will prepare reports, audits, and MIS documentation, drive sustainability initiatives, and ensure accurate environmental records across the facility. Strong documentation and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Energy Engineer or relevant discipline.
• 2–6 years of relevant environmental management experience.
• Knowledge of STP/ETP, waste management, environmental compliance, pollution control, and sustainability.
• Good communication, coordination, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Candidates with experience in environmental audits and statutory compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Knowledge of STP/ETP, waste management, environmental compliance, pollution control, and sustainability.
• Good communication, coordination, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Candidates with experience in handling environmental audits and statutory compliance will be preferred.
