Job summary

Interconnected Roots is seeking a Marketing Associate to own day-to-day content and social execution across our digital channels. You will work with the founders to build our brand presence, maintain posting cadence, and drive inbound interest from North American IT decision-makers.

You’ll plan and write posts, manage LinkedIn pages, and support website content updates with a focus on cloud modernization and AI services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing experience in agency, in-house, or freelance.
• Strong understanding of current marketing and social media trends.
• Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn company pages.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms for website updates.
• Excellent writing skills for technical/B2B audiences.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, early-stage company across US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a consistent content calendar across LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Write, edit, and schedule posts tailored to a North American B2B/IT audience.
• Engage with relevant industry content to build brand visibility in cloud/IT/AI space.
• Support website content updates, landing pages, and on-site messaging for cloud modernization and AI services.
• Monitor engagement and basic performance metrics, adjusting posting strategy accordingly.
• Assist with email marketing and outreach campaigns as needed.
• Research competitors and industry trends in cloud modernization (AWS/Azure), AI integrations, and IT services.
• Collaborate with founders on brand voice, messaging, and campaign ideas.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and schedule posts that reflect current marketing and social trends, tailored to a North American B2B/IT audience
• Build brand visibility by actively engaging with relevant industry content — commenting on and interacting with posts from prospects, partners, and thought leaders in the cloud/IT/AI space
• Support website content updates, landing pages, and on-site messaging around cloud modernization and AI services
• Monitor engagement and basic performance metrics, and adjust posting strategy accordingly
• Assist with email marketing and outreach campaign support as needed
• Research competitors and industry trends in cloud modernization (AWS/Azure), AI
• integrations, and IT services to keep content relevant and credible
• Collaborate with founders on brand voice, messaging, and campaign idea

Requirements

• 2+ years of marketing experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
• Strong understanding of current marketing and social media trends
• Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn company pages or professional profiles
• Familiarity with website content and CMS platforms
• Strong writing skills — able to adapt tone across formats, including for a technical/B2B audience
• Comfortable researching and writing about technical topics (cloud infrastructure, AI) without needing deep technical background
• Self-starter who can work independently in a remote, early-stage company environment, across US time zones

Compensation

This position pays between ₹23,000 - ₹35,000 based on experience and geographic location
