Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Web Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of large-scale, cloud-native, and distributed web systems. The role requires deep expertise in frontend and backend technologies, cloud and DevOps practices, and enterprise-level security and performance optimization. You will serve as a technology leader, guiding teams and stakeholders in building scalable, secure, and future-ready platforms.

Responsibilities

• Technology & Architecture Leadership:

  Define and drive enterprise-level web architecture, scalability, and performance strategies. Design and oversee cloud-native, microservices-based, and event-driven architectures. Establish best practices, coding standards, and design patterns for web development. Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and performance benchmarks. Advocate for modern web technologies, frameworks, and DevOps practices to enhance system reliability.

• Development & Implementation:

  Architect highly available, fault-tolerant, and distributed web applications. Guide teams in frontend frameworks (React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, NestJS, Golang, Python/Django). Optimize API design with GraphQL, REST, gRPC, and WebSockets. Implement data modeling strategies for SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Firebase) databases. Integrate DevOps workflows including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC tools (Terraform, AWS CDK).

• Leadership & Collaboration:

  Partner with engineering leaders, product managers, and stakeholders to align technical strategies with business goals. Provide technical mentorship to architects, senior engineers, and development teams. Conduct technical deep dives, design reviews, and performance optimizations. Champion agile methodologies, DevSecOps, and AI-driven automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• Frontend: Expert knowledge of React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Backend: Proficiency in Node.js (Express.js, NestJS), Golang, Python (Django, FastAPI).
• APIs & Microservices: Strong experience with REST, GraphQL, gRPC, and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Cloud & DevOps: Expertise in AWS, GCP, or Azure (EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, IAM, RDS). Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and serverless computing.
• Security & Performance: Advanced security protocols: OAuth, JWT, SSO, SSL/TLS, WAF, Zero Trust. Performance tuning for high-traffic applications, caching (Redis, CDN, Edge Computing).
• Soft Skills & Leadership: Proven ability to define and implement enterprise-wide technical strategies. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Strong stakeholder communication and executive presentation abilities. Passion for mentoring and growing engineering teams. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple projects.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience with Serverless computing (AWS Lambda, Firebase Functions).
• Knowledge of Headless CMS (Strapi, Contentful, Sanity.io).
• Familiarity with AI-driven applications, blockchain, or Web3 technologies.
• Relevant certifications in AWS, GCP, DevOps, or Software Architecture.
