Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Develop project plans and define key milestones.
• Facilitate smooth and timely execution across functions.
• Identify bottlenecks and support resolution efforts promptly.
• Provide regular updates on project and program status.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the entire project lifecycle-from initiation to closure.
• Develop project plans and define key milestones.
• Facilitate smooth and timely execution of tasks across various functions.
• Identify and expedite bottlenecks and issues promptly; support resolution efforts.
• Provide regular updates on project and program status.
• Guide project team members on the Project Management Framework and usage of the Enterprise Project Management Tool.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analytics, including industry and competitor-level analysis, and assess relevance to the company.
• Support the company’s and business unit’s planning and budgeting processes.
• Analyze variances (quantum and root cause) and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare company-wide and business unit updates; develop presentations for diverse stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, or related disciplines).
• Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) & MBA are preferred.

Experience

• 2 years of proven experience in enterprise-level program or project management.
