Job summary

Persistent Systems seeks an Enterprise Architect with 11–15 years' experience to design production-grade enterprise architectures. The role centers on GenAI orchestration (RAG, MCP, agents) and integration with .NET-based systems, collaborating with onsite and offshore teams in Pune to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Lead AI control planes, define end-to-end architectures, and ensure governance, security, and performance across AI platforms and integrations.

Qualifications

• 11–15 years of architecture experience in enterprise systems.
• Proven ability to design AI platforms, control planes and orchestration layers.
• Experience with .NET/ASP.NET Core, REST, gRPC and microservices.
• Hands-on with GenAI, LLM governance and AI rollout initiatives.
• Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management with onsite/offshore collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of AI Control Pane for enterprise GenAI platform.
• Define end-to-end architecture integrating UI, backend, data, and AI layers.
• Design and implement RAG pipelines, MCP integrations, and agent workflows.
• Architect AI orchestration using LangGraph/LangChain or similar.
• Define integration patterns between .NET services, Azure data platforms, and AI systems.
• Guide offshore teams in architecture, design, and engineering execution.
• Ensure scalability, security, performance, and governance of AI solutions.
• Translate business use cases into architecture with stakeholders.
• Review and standardize APIs, adapters, and microservices design patterns.

We are seeking for Enterprise Architect with 11-15 years of experience in designing production-grade enterprise architectures. The role focuses on GenAI orchestration including RAG, MCP, and agent frameworks, along with integration into .NET-based systems. The architect will work closely with onsite stakeholders and offshore engineering teams to deliver scalable and governed AI solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Lead architecture and design of AI Control Pane for enterprise GenAI platform
• Define end-to-end architecture integrating UI, backend, data, and AI layers
• Design and implement RAG pipelines, MCP integrations, and agentic workflows
• Architect AI orchestration using LangGraph / LangChain or similar frameworks
• Define integration patterns between .NET services, Azure data platforms, and AI systems
• Guide offshore teams in architecture, design, and engineering execution
• Ensure scalability, security, performance, and governance of AI solutions
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate property domain use cases into architecture
• Review and standardize APIs, adapters, and microservices design patterns

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Backend: .NET / C# including ASP.NET Core, APIs, and microservices
• GenAI: RAG, MCP, agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain or similar
• Integration: REST, gRPC, API Management, adapters and connectors
• Programming: Python for AI and agent orchestration
• Experience building AI platforms, control planes, and orchestration layers
• Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms such as Appian or similar
• Experience with AI governance, LLMOps, and enterprise AI rollout
• Familiarity with map-based or data visualization platforms and Neo4j / Cosmos DB
• Domain experience in Real Estate / Property Management preferred; BFSI / Lending understanding is a plus
• Understanding of property, mortgage, loan, and tranche structures preferred
