Job summary

onsemi in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Product and Test Engineer with 8+ years in analog and mixed-signal test engineering and product engineering on ATE platforms. You will own end-to-end NPD activities from pre-silicon to production ramp and drive ATE-based test solution development, including architecture, planning, and HW/SW readiness.

Collaborate with Design, DFT, Validation, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to achieve best-in-class yield, quality, and cost targets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product/test engineering with strong ATE expertise
• Hands-on experience in mixed-signal test methodologies & hardware development
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills

Product and Test Engineer with minimum 8 years' experience in Analog & Mixed signal Test Engineering and Product Engineering on ATE (T2K, ETS364, ETS8000, V93K, VLCT).

Essential skills: HW design, ATE TP development, Clear and Crisp communication.
