Job summary

onsemi in Bengaluru, Karnataka, seeks a Senior NPD Product and Test Engineer (8+ yrs) with ATE, mixed-signal test and HW dev expertise to own end-to-end NPD product and test engineering from pre-silicon engagement to production ramp.

You will drive ATE-based test solution development, define test architecture, plan tests, enable HW/SW readiness, bring-up, characterization, qualification and high-volume manufacturing release, collaborating across Design, DFT, Validation, Quality and Manufacturing

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product/test engineering with strong ATE expertise.
• Hands-on experience in mixed-signal test methodologies & hardware development.
• BE/MTech in Electronics/Electrical/VLSI with strong fundamentals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define test plans, coverage, and methodologies across characterization, qualification, and production.
• Lead probe and package final test HW design, bring-up, debug, and optimization.
• Drive silicon bring-up, debug, yield improvement, test time reduction, and failure analysis.
• Perform deep data analysis and present actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders.

Job description

Senior NPD Product and Test Engineer (8+ yrs) with ATE (T2K/ETS364/V93K), mixed-signal test, HW dev expertise.

Own end-to-end NPD Product and Test Engineering from pre-silicon engagement to production ramp.

Drive ATE-based test solution development, including test architecture definition, test planning, HW/SW readiness,

1st silicon bring-up, characterization, qualification, and high-volume manufacturing release.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, DFT, Validation, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to achieve best-in-class yield, quality, and cost targets.
