Job summary

ON Semiconductor in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior NPD Product and Test Engineer (8+ yrs) with ATE experience to own end-to-end NPD product and test engineering from pre-silicon engagement to production ramp. You will develop ATE-based test solutions for digital and mixed-signal devices, define test plans and coverage, and lead probe and package final test HW design, bring-up and optimization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product/test engineering with strong ATE expertise.
• Hands-on experience in mixed-signal test methodologies hardware development.
• B.E/M.Tech in Electronics/Electrical/VLSI with strong fundamentals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
