Job summary

We are looking for a highly proficient and experienced English Trainer to train teachers across our partner schools in North East India. The trainer will be responsible for delivering effective training on our English Language Program, supporting teachers in implementing the program successfully, and conducting regular quality checks of our course content and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel across North East India to conduct English program training at partner schools.
• Train and guide school teachers on effectively delivering our English curriculum and activities.
• Conduct engaging workshops, demonstrations, and teacher training sessions.
• Observe classroom implementation and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
• Conduct regular quality checks of the English course, including content, activities, learning outcomes, and classroom usability.
• Identify gaps in the program and recommend improvements to the academic/content team.
• Maintain training reports and provide feedback after school visits.

Requirements

• Exceptional English proficiency – 10/10, with excellent spoken English, pronunciation, grammar, and communication skills.
• Proven experience in English language training / teacher training.
• Strong presentation and public-speaking skills.
• Ability to confidently train groups of school teachers.
• Willingness to travel extensively across North East India for school visits and training programs.
• Strong understanding of English language teaching methodologies.
• Professional, confident, and comfortable interacting with school management and teachers.
