Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in English teaching and language instruction.

• Solid writing skills to create lesson materials and feedback.
• Experience with IELTS/TOEFL/PTE patterns and scoring is preferred.
• Relevant degree or certification in English or Education is desirable.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage interactive classes.

Role Description

The Online English Trainer will deliver live, interactive English training sessions focused on exam preparation for IELTS, TOEFL, and PTE. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lessons, teaching grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, and guiding learners through exam-specific strategies and practice tasks. The trainer will conduct regular assessments, mock tests, and provide constructive feedback to help learners improve their performance. The role also involves maintaining accurate student progress records, collaborating with other trainers to enhance course content, and supporting learners with queries related to exam readiness. This is an on-site role based in Lucknow.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in English Teaching, Teaching, and Language Teaching, with the ability to instruct diverse learners effectively.
• Background in Education, including knowledge of instructional methods and learner-centered pedagogy.
• Solid Writing skills to create lesson materials, assignments, feedback, and exam practice content.
• Experience or familiarity with IELTS, TOEFL, and PTE exam patterns, scoring criteria, and preparation strategies.
• Relevant degree or certification in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage interactive online classes.
• Strong organizational skills for lesson planning, assessment management, and tracking learner progress.
• Prior teaching or training experience in test preparation or academic English is highly beneficial.
