Job summary

AGCO is seeking an Engineering Technician in Pune to support mechanical lab activities, data acquisition, vehicle testing, and reporting across local and global projects. You will contribute to validation plans and test procedures, leveraging Excel and Tableau for data handling.

Ideal candidates have an engineering degree (Mechatronic/Mechanical/Control & Automation) and hands-on experience with data acquisition, instrumentation, and post-processing.

Qualifications

  • Engineering graduation (Mechatronic/Mechanical/Control & Automation preferred).
  • Experience in lab test or validation routines and activities.
  • Experience in data acquisition; instrumentation; and post processing data.
  • LabVIEW experience or programming language knowledge.
  • Knowledge of data entry, data extraction, Excel, Tableau; MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and conduct tests under responsibility; data acquisition on field; vehicle test and instrumentation in lab and field.
  • Develop and publish reports based on analysis results.
  • Participate in multifunctional product development groups to plan activities and provide support for local/global projects.
  • Assist in development of norms, procedures, and duty cycles for product groups.

AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Engineering Technician.

The focus of the following position is to provide support on the Mechanical Physical lab activities related to data acquisition, vehicle test and reporting on Local and Global projects to several diverse groups of AGCOs products, contributing with practical solutions to enhance the development of the products. Candidate must have knowledge of data entry, data extraction, excel, tableau (preferable). In conjunction to those key-activities, effective participation in groups responsible for the elaboration of Validation Plan (DVP), test procedures, and instruction that add value to the process and products.

Your Impact
  • The professional will work on technical and management tasks.
  • It will have as a key-activity the responsibility of manage and conduct the requested tests under his responsibility, i.e., data acquisition on field; vehicle test, instrumentation on field and laboratory; data post-processing; computational analysis, etc, looking forward to ensure support and quality on the validation of products between practical tests during the development of products and systems.
  • The professional will also be responsible of develop and publish reports based on the results acquired during the performed analysis; participate in multifunctional product development groups in order to plan the activities and assure the adequate support for the Locals and Global projects.
  • In parallel, will work in local and global groups focused on the elaboration of norms and procedures, and processes to define the duty cycles for the several product groups.
Your Experience and Qualifications

Engineering graduation (Preferable Mechatronic Engineering; Mechanical Engineering or Control and Automation Engineering);

Experience in lab test or validation routines and activities.

Experience in data acquisition; instrumentation; and post processing data.

Lab view experience or other any other programing language;

Knowledge of data entry, data extraction, excel, tableau (preferable), Office tools and MS Project
