The role focuses on supporting Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and related engineering applications, ensuring data integrity, system reliability, and efficient operation across integrated business platforms. Responsibilities include application support, data analysis, SQL reporting, troubleshooting, documentation, process improvement, and collaboration with engineering, IT, and business stakeholders.

The analyst will work closely with design engineers, product development teams, IT professionals, and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues, improve system performance, and support engineering processes.
