Job summary

Qualifications

• 9+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python (Flask, FastAPI, or Django).
• Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and Kafka.
• Hands-on Java experience with Spring Boot or similar.
• Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring).
• NoSQL databases knowledge (Snowflake preferred; MongoDB/Cassandra/DynamoDB acceptable).
• Experience with TDD and automated testing (pytest/unittest/JUnit).
• Strong RESTful API and microservices design knowledge.

Project Manager (Engineering Manager,Java,Springboot,Mircroservices,Kafka) Scope: We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with a strong background in distributed systems, DevOps practices, and Test-Driven Development (TDD). The ideal candidate will be proficient in event-driven architectures using Kafka, familiar with Java-based microservices, and experienced with NoSQL databases (preferably Snowflake). You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance backend services - and optionally contribute to front-end components (React, Node.js) or Generative AI-driven features in our product ecosystem.

What you'll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Python-based backend services and APIs.

What we are looking for:

• 9+ years of professional experience in software development.

• Experience with DevOps tooling - Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, and deployment automation.

• Practical experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks (pytest, unittest, JUnit).
