Job summary

Primum Talent Group in Mumbai seeks a senior engineering leader to drive a multi-disciplinary team for Oil & Gas projects. You will oversee conceptual studies, FEED activities, and the preparation of technical proposals, while ensuring quality deliverables and strong client engagement.

You will mentor engineers, plan resources and schedules, manage contracts, and lead change control. The role requires coordination across disciplines and occasional travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Qualification: Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering degree from a recognized institute.
• Experience in oil & gas field development, FEED and conceptual studies.
• Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
