Job summary

Strategy Chennai is seeking an hands-on Engineering Manager who can still code while leading a growing team. You will deliver scalable Java backend services and React-based frontend applications, and collaborate on cloud deployments and modern data platform integrations.

This role blends technical excellence with people leadership in a fast-moving analytics and AI environment. You will mentor engineers, drive sprint execution and roadmap delivery, and ensure code quality and performance.

Job Description

Important: This is a hands-on Engineering Manager role. The successful candidate is expected to remain actively involved in software development and programming alongside leading the engineering team. Strong coding skills are a must and will be assessed as part of the recruitment process.

Work Location: Strategy Chennai office - full-time, Monday to Friday
