The role requires strong coding skills, experience with Java, Spring Boot, React, and cloud pipelines, plus a track record of mentoring engineers and managing delivery across sprints.

Job Description

Important: This is a hands-on Engineering Manager role. The successful candidate is expected to remain actively involved in software development and programming alongside leading the engineering team. Strong coding skills are a must and will be assessed as part of the recruitment process.

Work Location: Strategy Chennai office — full-time, Monday to Friday
