Johnson Controls seeks an Engineering Manager II to lead a team of mechanical and design engineers focused on industrial refrigeration products. You will drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept through production release, ensuring feasibility, cost targets, and alignment with business goals.
You will mentor talent, enforce relevant codes and standards (ASHRAE, ISO, PED), and collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and marketing.

Manage engineering documentation, including BOMs, CAD models, and technical specifications. Evaluate and implement new technologies and materials to enhance product competitiveness. Mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering a high-performance team culture. Support customer-facing teams with technical expertise and customized solutions when needed.
