Job summary
PeopleStrong in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Civil/Structural Engineer to lead design and detailing for concrete structures, develop design reports, and coordinate with drafting teams.
You will review drawings, engage in technical discussions with clients, and ensure adherence to IS, AISC, and Eurocodes. 10–15 years of relevant experience and fluent English are required for this role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering required.
- 10-15 years of experience in structural design and coordination.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); regional/local languages preferred.

Master of Engineering (ME)
- Perform Structural design and detailing for concrete structures.
- Develop design reports and review drawings.
- Coordinate with detailing and site teams.
- Assist in technical discussions with clients.
- Internal - To coordinate with design and drafting teams for accurate and timely deliverables
- External - To interface with consultants and vendors for drawing validation and design support
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Master's in Structural Engineering (preferred)
Language Skills- Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of regional/local languages is (preferred)
Years of Experience - 10-15 years in structural design and coordination.
Nature of Experience - Design & Design Coordination
Software - ETABS, STAAD.Pro.
Design Codes- IS, AISC (preferred), Eurocodes(preferred).
