Job summary

Sculptsoft in Ahmedabad (India) seeks an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering teams, drive end-to-end project delivery, and influence technical decisions across frontend and backend stacks. You will guide React.js and Node.js/Python based work, coordinate with Product, QA, Design and DevOps, and ensure projects meet scope, timelines, and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a hands-on mindset to mentor engineers and improve system

Qualifications

• Experience leading software engineering teams and delivering projects end-to-end.
• Strong frontend (React.js) and backend (Node.js, Python) skills.
• Solid understanding of REST, microservices, databases and cloud-based apps.
• Architecture, system design, scalability, and performance optimization basics.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, testing and Agile development practices.
• Ability to review code across frontend and backend.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience with React.js and modern frontend development.


• Strong experience with Node.js and backend application development.
