Job summary

Renault Nissan Technology & Business Centre India is seeking an Engg Leader for brake parts design and development, with emphasis on ESP and One Box. You will drive parts design per RTC rules, create 3D models and layouts, and archive them in the information system.

You will coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to meet project milestones, support part validation (DVP), and push cost-reduction ideas while ensuring quality and on-time DEVO.

Qualifications

• Brake parts design & development in ESP and One Box
• Drawing/3D modeling and archiving in information system
• Strong proficiency in 3D, 2D and DMU
• Experience in ESP & ONebox development with suppliers
• Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive projects

Responsible for Brake parts design & development as Engg Leader - Modulation parts dev. (ESP, One Box)

• Designing of parts according commodity design rules (RTC)
• Creating drawing/ 3D models/ Layout study and archives them in the dedicated information system
• Ensures the technical convergence with respect to R Functional requirement's.
• Understand and execute the activities to meet project mile stones (QCDP making etc)
• On time DEVO (for R Projects).
• Support for part development with supplier and Ensure proper validation of parts (DVP)
• Suggests ideas that can improve the filed quality of the parts in his scope and reduce cost
• Follow up with supplier, plant for implementation cost reduction ideas.
• Strong proficiency in 3D, 2D and DMU freeze.
• Strong Proficiency in Brakes Parts development.
• Very strong understanding of brake system functioning.
• Very strong experience in ESP & ONebox development with supplier's.
• skilled in vehicle related - brake modulation functional- evaluation.
• ability to handle different stake holders - internally & externally in driving the project by self.
