Job summary

Ventures Hrd Centre is seeking a seasoned professional to design and develop manufacturing processes for product improvements and new introductions. You will lead collaboration with customers to refine product designs for components such as Door Frames, Mudguards, Front Yoke, and Cross Car Beams.

The role requires extensive hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication, and proven ability to manage engineers and designers, with strong costing and budgeting acumen, and solid project management
