Job summary

Ventures Hrd Centre is seeking a designer/developer to lead the design and development of manufacturing processes for product enhancements, new products and changes. You will collaborate with customers to optimize product design for door frames, mudguards, front yoke, cross car beam and related components.

The role requires extensive sheet metal fabrication experience and proven ability to manage engineers and designers, with strong budgeting and project management skills and hands-on CAD/CAM

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in sheet metal fabrication.
• Experience managing a team of engineers and designers.
• Strong background in budgeting, costing, and project management.
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software CATIA and SolidWorks.
