Job summary

Ventures Hrd Centre in Bengaluru is seeking a design & development professional to design and develop manufacturing processes for product enhancements and changes, focusing on sheet metal fabrication and cost-aware production.

You will lead customer-facing collaborations to optimize product design for doors frames, mudguards, front yoke, cross car beam, and other car divisional channels, manage a team of engineers and designers, and drive budgeting and project management.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in sheet metal fabrication.
• Experience managing a team of engineers and designers.
• Strong costing, budgeting and project management background.
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software CATIA and SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Design & development of manufacturing processes for product enhancements, new products and product changes.
