Job summary

Growth For Impact is seeking an R&D engineer to support electrochemical process development, testing, and validation. You will craft prototypes for membranes, carbon media, and solid state sensors while applying cyclic voltammetry and impedance techniques.

Responsibilities include analysis of chemistry challenges, staying current with water treatment trends, and managing project tasks with a focus on accuracy and documentation. Strong communication and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in RnD electro chemical process development.
• Experience preferred in water Sensor’s development, Activated Carbon evaluation.
• Specific Skills: MS Office, Mass and energy balance calculation etc.
• Proficiency with AI tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in statistical data analysis
• Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and standards
• Excellent organizational and inventory management skills
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Excellent communication skills
