• Prepare and submit daily and monthly service reports using Excel/Sheets.
• Maintain records of chemical stock and raise alerts for low inventory.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to initiate chemical replenishment orders.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our technical team.

This is a field-based role involving regular visits to client sites for water analysis, system monitoring, and service reporting. The role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in industrial water treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site water testing and analysis for Cooling Towers, Boilers, RO, and Softener systems.
• Monitor system performance and report abnormalities or issues to the Technical Manager or Account Manager.
• Prepare and submit daily and monthly service reports through Google Sheets, Excel, or company-provided tools.
• Maintain accurate records of chemical stock and raise alerts for low inventory levels at client sites.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to initiate chemical replenishment orders.
• Support on-ground technical activities such as system inspection, dosing setup, and sample collection.
• Attend training sessions, audits, and review meetings organized at client sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company protocols during site operations.

Candidate Requirements

Education

Minimum B.Sc (Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or related field).

Experience

0–2 years (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of water chemistry or laboratory testing.

Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting.

Soft Skills

Good command over English communication and email writing.

Professional conduct, punctuality, and a customer-first attitude.

Willingness to travel regularly to industrial client sites.
