Job summary

Sonodyne Technologies in Mumbai is seeking a diligent PCB inspector to check boards at various stages of assembly for visual defects, perform electrical checks, and repair faulty PCBs as per schematics. Follow ISO procedures and maintain records.

You will provide feedback to supervisors, participate in final testing, and ensure quality standards are met before sets proceed. This is a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment with electronic assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Check PCB at various stages of assembly for visual defects like wrong mounting, soldering & other workmanship related defects.
• Electrically check PCB as per S.O.P.
• Repair faulty PCBs/sets based on electronic circuit diagrams.
• Check fully assembled sets at pre-final & final electrical testing stage.
• Follow ISO procedure in maintaining records etc.
• Give feedbacks to Superior about faults.
