Job summary

Treezec E Solutions is seeking a Technical Engineer responsible for quality inspection, assembly, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of 3D printers. The role requires hands‑on experience with electrical and mechanical components and the ability to diagnose issues and ensure high print quality.

You will perform checks, assemble printers, and support customers at sites as needed, while maintaining records and following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of 3D printing technology and printers.
• Hands‑on knowledge of electrical/electronic components.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings, wiring diagrams and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks and testing of 3D printers before dispatch and after servicing.
• Assemble and install 3D printers and related components per technical specs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and electronic issues in 3D printers.
• Carry out repair, servicing and preventive maintenance of 3D printers.
• Identify defective components and coordinate for replacement or repair.
• Test printer functionality, calibration, print quality and overall performance.
• Handle installation and commissioning of printers at customer locations as required.
• Maintain service and repair records, including issue diagnosis and resolution.
• Support the technical team in resolving customer complaints and technical queries.
• Ensure all repaired/assembled machines meet quality and performance standards.
