Larsen & Toubro in Talegaon, Maharashtra, is seeking an experienced procurement professional with 3–8 years in purchasing and sourcing. The role requires BE in Logistics Management and hands-on ERP LN and/or SAP experience, plus familiarity with ISO9001/AS9100 and related standards.

You will handle purchase requests, solicit quotations, negotiate terms, prepare POs, and coordinate with stores, accounts, QC, and users.

Qualifications

• BE in Logistics Management or equivalent.
• 3-8 years of relevant procurement/supply management experience.
• Experience with ERP LN and/or SAP and ISO standards.

Responsabilités

• Obtain purchase requests, issue inquiries, evaluate Quotations and prepare comparison statements.
• Negotiate terms, prepare and approve purchase orders, and coordinate with stores, accounts, QC and users.
• Vendor development, cost analysis, and vendor performance tracking.

Job Description

• Obtaining Purchase requesting, Sending Enquires to suppliers, Obtaining Quotations, preparing Comparison statements, commercial negotiation, purchase order preparation & approval.
• Follow up for material/services to vendor, co-ordination with stores, accounts, QC, and users.

Vendor Development and good geographical knowledge

Hands-on working on ERP LN( preferred) / SAP. ISO9001/AS9100, ISO45001, ISO14000, ISO27001 knowhow necessary.

Purchase planning and Vendor payment management

Basic electronics knowhow

Costing and price analysis, Vendor performance Analysis

Ready to work in challenging environment, good communication skill, self-starter, good trouble-shooter.

Detailed technical know-how and ability to resolve Vendor related techno-commercial issues in co-ordination with team members of other functions.
