Job summary

DEIC-L&T Precision Engineering & Systems IC is seeking an experienced professional in the supply chain domain to manage RFQs, quotes, supplier onboarding and part development for proto/pilot builds. The role requires collaboration with Quality and R&D to qualify parts and ensure timely availability of materials.

The ideal candidate should have 6–12 years of hands-on experience in supply chain, procurement, supplier management, and cost-reduction activities within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of experience in supply chain, procurement or related roles.
• Supplier audits and onboarding experience.
• Cost reduction/value engineering exposure.

Responsibilities

• Float RFQs, obtain quotes and negotiate part prices based on should costing.
• Coordinate with Quality and R&D for part qualification.
• Ensure supplies for proto/pilot builds.
• Drive supplier audits and onboarding activities.
• Support development of parts per project/development plan.
