Job summary

Integral Process Controls Valves is seeking a motivated Field Sales Engineer to drive growth in On-Off valve automation within Bharuch and Gujarat. You will generate leads, present technical demos, prepare techno-commercial offers, and coordinate with engineering teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

Ideal candidate has mechanical or instrumentation background, 4–5 years in valve automation sales, strong client relationships, good communication, and willingness to travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Candidate with 4–5 years of field sales experience in valve automation or industrial valves/automation products.
• Working knowledge of On-Off valve automation systems and their industrial applications.
• Strong client relationship-building and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across Bharuch/Gujarat region.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and develop new business opportunities for On-Off valve automation products in the assigned territory.
• Maintain and grow relationships with clients in Chemical, Pharma, and Oil & Gas sectors.
• Provide technical support and product demonstrations to customers.
• Prepare techno-commercial offers and follow up on inquiries and quotations.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for the region.
• Track competitor activity and market trends in Bharuch Gujarat belt.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical or Instrumentation preferred).
• 4 to 5 years of experience in field sales, specifically in valve automation or industrial valves/automation products. (Candidates with pure valve automation exposure only will be considered.)
• Working knowledge of On-Off valve automation systems and their industrial applications.
• Good communication and client relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, willing to travel extensively across the Bharuch/Gujarat region.
